Fairing Mounted Mirrors Yes or No?

RE: Fairing Mounted Mirrors Yes or No?
Yes, they look good, but I don't see how anyone could possibly think these SG mirrors work better than the extended chrome types. Because of the blind spot on each side, I installed some rectangular wide-angle stick-on mirrors you can get at AutoZone, etc., and they help. I have one on my car's left mirror and am used to switching focus for a better view and to open up the blind spot.

While looking for some things on the Kuryakyn site and I saw their windshield mounted mirror with the Eclipse ($170)or turn signal ($270) mirrors. http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp...ey&ci=3767
Something different than the factory stuff, but a bit more costly. Additionally, they are 1-2 months away from release.

i put them on my '07 UC. they look great but don't give me a clear view of the rear, especially if a bike is directly behind me. I added the long stem mirrors and can see a whole bunch more using both type mirrors.

I love mine, but here is another option you may want to consider. I was checking these out for a buddy, they also have the turn signals in them, nice way to clean up that front end IMHO.
