Default Bra and Lid covers

Bought a bra and lid covers for my 09 FLHX is there supposed to be a little bit of the bra sticking above the bra molding? How the hell do you stretch out the lid covers? I am fighting it like trying to put a cat in a sink full of water

Warm them up. Put them out in the sun for a few hours and they go one easier.

Just let em get good and warm. Put the velcro on a day or two before to let the glue really set up. Then after they are good and warm, just put it on. It's really no problem. I'm on my second set, and I love em. I even put the cover on my tour pak lid to match the saddle bags. I really like the protection, and contrary to what some have said, I've never had any scratching.
