Even though they say it will I didn't have any luck putting it on my '08 FLHT. Big gaps between the seat and fender. Also, the hole on the back of the seat for screwdown doesn't line up.

It does take a little "wrangling" to get it to fit with all the wiring under the seat, but rest assured you can make it fit.

It isn't the most comfy seat around, but for a lower profile without the tour pack it isn't all that bad.

The 09 SG seat will fit on the 08 Ultra, friend of mine bought one for $50 bucks just to have when stripped down for loval riding.

Your seat look like a "Road Glide seat", he's asking about a "Street Glide seat".
