a. With HD camplate kit you get the new tensioners and upgraded and much improved oil pump. The fueling plate is just a plate.
b. I'm a fan of HD lifters and have learned from experience to change lifters EVERY 25K miles.
c. HD kit and pushrods= >$600.00. Labor max 4 hours.

a+b+c= yes, your indy got you. This is EXACTLY why I started doing my own wrenching about 15 years ago. Makes it a lot easier to get along with "my" mechanic...
