Default road king lowering??????

I am looking for a final solution on lowering my 2000 KING......As of now, I have Progressive 412-11" shocks that is dailed in at the lowest setting and I have dropped the front forks 1.5" but I still did not like the look. I put a NESS lowering kit on the rear but now she scrubs when I hit the slightess dip in the road.
I am mentally drained with all this so I'm asking for help. I am running the stock 16" wheel and it has a Metzler 880 www tire in the 140 size. Any proven remedies would be appreciated. Thanks for reading!

Progressive has a new bagger air-ride system for automatic slamming and raising. If ya really gotta have a slammed bagger, break down and spend the cash to to the job right!
