Want crappy service???? Buy from Radiantz
Bought the rear turn signal/running light set from Radiantz. Made the purchase and paid immediately. No word from them for a week. Sent them an email asking for a tracking number etc and noted that I should have received a confirmation message and tracking number from them fairly quickly. Here's the response
you know we are doing that best we can here with what we got. We are not some big corporate machine. We try and take care of everyone. It is obvious that we cannot please everyone. If you would have just started off with a hey what is the status of my order and if it shipped what is the tracking number. We would have just got you what you needed and moved on. We can always improve on our customer service, but our lights will make you feel better about dealing with us.

Gonna thread-jack a little to tell my story.
Well I was a big supporter of Radiantz and their products. Until my latest dealings that is. Two years ago I had one of their LED clusters have a few lights go out. Bought them from Custom Dynamics but CD stopped carrying them so they could not do the warranty replacement. Told me to call Radiantz direct. Did and gave them my invoice from the CD purchase and they said they would be mailing out a replacemnt. Waited three weeks and nothing. Called back and find out the girl who took my info got fired. It was never even processed. So this one got it done and I received my replacement a week later.
Fast-forward to now. I had another cluster lose a few LED's. Called them up to get a warranty replacement. The girl who I talked to said they could not do anything because I was not in their system. How could I not be in the system when I already had a warranty replacement. Didn't have an answer and basically said you are SOL and hung up. Called right back and the girl by the same name with the same voice denyed just talking to me. Called back that night and asked to speak to a manager. Manager was in a "meeting" (yeah right). I asked for his name. She said she could not give me that information. Huh??? Went round and round and finally hung up. Called back the next day and lucked out and got the manager. Told him the situation and finally got it resolved to where I was going to be sent out a replacement and put into their system. Waited three weeks and nothing. Called again and told them I hadn't received it yet. The girl talked to the mgr and got back on the phone and said it was returned because no such address exsisted. Had her read it back to me right off the enveople and it was right. She said they would send it out again. Got this one in two days. But wouldn't ya know it. It was the wrong fuggin' light. Called them right then and there and told them what happened. Said they would get the right one out to me the next day.
That was 2 1/2 weeks ago.
As soon as the rest go bad I am not even gonna get a warranty replacement. Gonna toss them in the trash and get the Eclipse lights from Custom Dynamics.
