Got my LED taillight from these guys, too. A+ so far, although I've had no problems to test their after-the-sale service. They claim output that's 3x stock on brake light and I believe it.

Pray you never do have to worry about a warranty claim. I too was very happy with their lights. Until having to deal with them directly. I see why Custom Dynamics stopped carrying their products.

All right...so who makes the best LED blinkers that can also be used as 4-ways on a 2010 SEUC?

Doesn't matter what his 'tone' was because, 'HE'S THE CUSTOMER!'. They could've easily defused the situation by providing a PROFESSIONAL answer without emotion to his question/inquiry.

Just the fact that the company was unprofessional and childish in their response, would never deal with them. Good people hire good people, the opposite is also true. The idiot gal he had to deal with sounds like she was told to be that way to customers. Some companies by the way they operate, just don't deserve to stay in business. This is one of them.

This is the exact text I sent them. I have the original email with headers/footers if anyone wants more proof.

"I have not heard anything about my order since I placed it. Please advise when/if it was shipped. This is VERY poor customer service."

Well for whats its worth, I have bought 6 complete sets of sidewinderz for myself and others. Only a few leds that didnt work and within a few days the repalcements came to the house. I think everyone can have bad things to say about all kinds of companies. I dont work for them just think their led's are much better and brighter then some other companies, JMO. Sorry to hear that your getting a bad deal with them.

Well Ray let's hear what you have to say. When I finally got through to you on the phone you seemed like a stand-up guy that wanted to get any issues resolved ASAP. Well we are going on five weeks and many different excuses and I have yet to see a resolution.

I don't know what is going on there but you might want to get a handle on it. As you can see by this a few other threads you have many unhappy customers.
