Default Nicked plastic coating on ss braided cable

After installing stainless cables on my 06 Road King, I also installed a chrome clamp which attached the cable to the bike's frame. I noticed that this clamp cut into the plastic coating on the cable, and is very noticable. I removed the chrome clamp (sharp corners) and replaced it with the original one. Is there a way that I can repair the cut on the coating?

Thanks,
Mike
