Clutch adjustment

Reading the manual, it says 1/2 to 1 turn after screw touchs, then lock it with the nut. What kinda tool are you people using to TORQUE the jamb nut? I thought of tightening it as tight as possible with a wrench, mark the allen bolt and finish it off with a torque wrench, provided I don't exceed 1 full turn of the allen bolt. Will that work ok?

Yep, it only has to be snug, not TIGHT. There might be a torque value in the manual, but ignore it and simply go for a good snug twist that locks the allen screw setting from vibrating loose.
The critical adjustment is the allen screw, not the locking nut torque.
The allen screw sets freeplay in the release mechanism-that is the actual clutch adjustment...There needs to be enuff freeplay that the clutch is allowed to fully clamp/engage when lever is released, and fully disengages when lever is squeezed against bar......(A cold engine when started in gear with clutch squeezed WILL cause bike to lurch due to fluid friction on the clutch plates, not because clutch is misadjusted)
From there adjust cable outer cover length to get proper lever freeplay. All the cable adjustment does is adjust length of outer cable covering, it does not adjust release/throwout bearing of actual clutch.
