Swing arm bushings ?

wobble
I have a 2007 FLTR 25000 miles , it just does not feel as tight as before. I had the steering bearing tension tightened up to specs by the dealer. I still feel the bike is '' unsteady or wobbly''. I have a frame stabilizer. Would changing the bushings in the swigarm make a big difference? Or does something more intense need to be done as far as changing parts. Is there a part that would bolt the front of the engine to the frame, illiminateing movement and making the engine part of the frame.
Thanks.
Thanks.

MxNut,
The swingarm bushings since 2002 and including your 07 have steel self-aligning bearings, which should be OK. Earlier bikes had a 'cleve block' composite bushing that had a degree of 'give' in them when new and could collapse eventually, so they can have more serious handling problems than your bike is ever likely to suffer from.
The bushings mentioned in this thread may have a benefit to you, but before considering changing anything I suggest you check the bike over. Tyre wear and pressures can have a serious affect on handling, also vehicle and wheel alignment.
There are ways of improving your bike with bolt-on goodies, but there are also things that can easily be adjusted to make it handle better.
