Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try that.

I have my Bub7's slashed up to match the lines of the bags. I usually use Nevr-Dull or a toothpaste type of cleaner called Autosol.

Always looking for a better way....Thanks

I think you need HELP!!! lol................. I just got some hi-temp, barbeque paint and painted the inside of my rush muffs................. Now all I see is black...........

Once I had my engine remapped I cleaned the tips out with brake clean and a rag, 1k miles later after remap no more soot. Maybe youre running too rich!

I also clean mine everytime I wash the bike. I usually use Never Dull or occasionally Turtle Wax Chrome Polish and a Q-tip for the screw notches. Will have to try Simple Green, hosing down is easier than polishing. +1 for running rich. I have the XiEDs and have not yet done anything about the air cleaner, but it is on the list.
