I had the same problem early this past April. I used a dremel tool and cut a slot in the exposed head that was completely rounded out from being too shallow torx head. I wounder why some Harley engineer hasn't figured out a quick easy fix for this and started using a deeper head torx bolt on them..? I guess that would be too easy....

A nice new EZ out will do the trick right quick,then change to allen head
