This may need to be two threads but I'm looking for suggestions or at least a list of good features for highway pegs.

I've also ridden both with and without the heel shifter. I like the additional space without the heel shifter. Where can I get a heel shifter "extension" that matches the stock shifter? The only thing I can find are chrome Kury's for about $90.

HD has a kit that hinges the heel shifter so you can fold it out of the way when you dont need it
