There was news note last month or two where guy cutting his grass was tazed off his mower after neighbor called to complain he was drunk in his own yard. The trigger happy cop tazed him after he flipped him the bird...Cop turned out legally right because mower was considered on legal right of way even tho owner was several feet from roadway. Any day now I expect to read about geezer tazed off his powered wheelchair after a few snorts.
