Default Rhinehart True Dual FLHXI Mounting ?

Ok, I am considering Rhinehart true Duals for my 06 Street Glide but I am a little concerned about the mounting of the passenger floor board/peg with the new true duals. My wife is vertically challenged (5') and I have the pegs at the highest level now and when I replace the pegs with floor boards I am considering getting the "booster" brackets to lift the floor boards higher. Will these brackets work with Rhinehart true duals, or will the left pipe hit?? The other option was to go with the rhinehart 2-1 which eliminates that problem completely. Also, I currently have SE Air cleaner, SE slip-ons and stage 1 down load (useless) and the wifey is complaining about her feet buring up, how hot are the true duals with the proper EFI tuning, ie SERT or PCIII?? Would the 2-1 better even though I really dont like the look of them, prefer the true duals!! thanks in advance!!

Wife complains of heat on right side with Rinehart 2-1. I ordered leather heat shields. I agree about the looks but I do like the performance!

I have a short wife also / we ride a FLHTCI with Rineharts true Duals and she has never mentioned anything about heat ?? we run the Kuryakyn adj passanger pegs. http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=harley&ci=2409 they really help out the short people esp.... You can find these in several places at a pretty good cost... If you decided on these - keep in mind, with the true duals, you will need the different left side floor board bracket - just so happens I have a new one for sale...

both the kids and I bought this set up on Mothers day... anyway, good luck...

I currently have the peg in the top hole and her leg still leans against the saddle bags with her feet on the pegs, with Rhinehart true duals can you put the left peg in the top hole? I am going to change to pass floorboards and was going to get the brackets that raise the floor boards up, does anyone know if these will work with the Bubs TD or will they hit the pipes and I have to put them in the lower holes which defeats the purpose!! Thanks!
