My local dealer had a sign on the wall....$449 installed for a painted inner fairing. That sounds like a great deal on the surface.....is it?

Anyone got a Red Hot Sun Glow with a painted inner fairing on it with pictures you could post??

Figuring the price of the painted inner fairing, I'd say that's a good deal.

If their painting the fairing that's good, color matched sells for 529.00 I think. But if its just for the install way to much , only about 4 hour job at a stealer, I had someone else and only cost me 200.00 bike back in 4 hrs after dropping it off.

 

yes, that is good....Yaffy is doing an exchange now and it is $499 after the exchange and then you have to install it your self or get it done. That is the cheapest I have seen so far, I want it done but have Dark Blue Pearl and can not find a painter to even touch it for that price because the HD pear paint is so much.

 

Hmmm.....the sign read Painted Inner Fairing.....$449 installed. That would be a dirty trick if that is in addition to having to buy the fairing.

My bike is Vivid Black but I just took mine off and had a local body shop paint it for $75 it looks perfect and wasn't that hard to do.
