Default flipping headlight from low beam to high beam

Just wondering if any one else is bothered by the delay when you go from low to high beam on there ultra, mine goes completely off for an instant between low and high. It is not that big of a deal, I just never seen this on my other bikes. I have a 2008 ultra with stock lights. Thanks.

i have the same light as yours on my 08 streetglide, and it's an immediate change when pushing the switch. no delay at all. yours must be a special edition. just teasin man. there is something wrong if there is a delay. i wouldn't know where to look, but if it's still under warranty you might wanna swing by the dealership to let them look at it. just a thought.

Mine does not do that. Seems to me that would be a safety issue and the dealer would want to see it.

mine is absolutely no delay at all. it's immediate, there may be some sort of relay or switch issue. definately let the guys at the service dept look at it. whatever is causing the delay may fail and leave you stranded in the dark.

Get it back into the dealer. That's a warranty item that should be covered at NO expense to YOU! Safety first!
