HQ 107 package

absolutely correct -- dont know why but the TBW bikes always have lower numbers -- I have done the line up route -- went against 110's 113's and 120 gave my Bud's 113 all he could handle until about 110 - 115 mph, he went back to the shop and got a HQs 113 -- pulled past the 110 120 blew me away -- I'm running stock header with thunder header slip ons. Next year will either go with the Bassani road rage or Fat Cat

Has to be in the injection, but I too would like to hear what the experts have to say on this topic. Does it have anything to do with how Harley compensated for the WOT and general throttle response?

Congrats on the new build MB. Those are real nice numbers for a TBW bike. Can't wait to see it in action!

I am no expert or mechanic, but from what I have been told by a couple of the members here(way more knowledge and exp.) than me. It is because the TBW bikes have a " progressive throttle" which only allows opening gradually in increments. Even if you twist the throttle all the way open while accelerating it will open gradually. It's not after 3,000 rpm that it will fully open. Apparently, this can be disabled while dynoing a bike. Like I said, this is what I was told; sometimes I wish I didn't have a TBW bike. Just my 2 cents.
Hope this helps....

It rides great, go from 60 to 110 mph relly easy, almost too easy, I see tickets in my future hehe. This quiet baffle is a little quieter than my last fat cat with quiet baffel, could have to do with the step feature of this pipe vs 07 pipe, or I am a little older and deafer. I just put a quick 100 miles on her this afternoon topped off and computer says I have 200 miles left on tank, running 85 before I topped off so I am going to be getting about same range as before. I am happy with the tune but know it will get better after a couple thousand more miles and retune in Texas. I took off the lowers to install pipe and have not reinstalled them yet, I sense that the motor is running cooler so I might leave them off til our month long Fla winter in January. Want to thank Phil, Ikro (Lynn),timvan, ryan, and the others who gave me advice along the way on this build, this forum is great.
Bert I think we will be riding together soon, Biketoberfest or Ocala.
