Only low speed problems I experienced were at slower speeds than that and due to overloading the top box and the rack, resulting in a light front wheel.

As soon as I redistributed kit through the boxes, and strapped the remaining stuff to the back seat all was well.

That said, I didn't change the suspension settings and don't know if that would have cured my initial problem.

I spoke with my H-D dealer about the 2010's the other day. I told him I have 9000 miles on the bike he sold me 7 months ago. He was surprised! Damn... I bought it to ride, not sit in the garage. Ride safe gang.

The wobble seems to be common. There are threads about it. My feeling is it's no biggie. I just don't ride no hands at that speed. Doesn't seem to take a lot of grip to stop it, but you need to have some hold on the bars at that speed.

Did you have work done at MeanCity while you waited? Just wondering if I could schedule something next time I'm down that way to save on shipping.

My buddy and I rode out to Sturgis. We did a little over 2600 miles in 7 days. Neither one of notice any wobble on our 08 Street Glides. The only time I get wobble is ridding on concrete that has grooves cut in it and the tire start to follow the groove.

I must be lucky, no high speed wobble on my 08 SG. Averaging 20K per year, mixed touring and local riding miles. Lot's of riding in curves at a very quick pace.

I am like you, I need to improve my seat for the long hauls. I will try the beads first, they just look like they would wear the surface of your seat.
