I bought my shield from LRS on the last sale like this. I've been real happy with it so far. I just wish I gone with 8 or 10" instead of 6", I'll remedy that in the future as it is my own fault for not researching more.

 

Me too... my FLHTCU measures 9.5" from the top of the trim to the top of the shield. I need 2 more inches (don't we all) to be able to ride my trike without helmet buffeting. The top of my shield only comes to my chin now and is made by MS.

Any thoughts?

I don't want it too dark but I think the light gray will work for me. Is there any distortion when looking through the curve?

 

I got mine on earlier this week. What a great windshield. For $75 you cant beat it. I got the 8" and it really looks good. I will be buying me a 6" also.

 

I bought a PC V from Fuelmoto on tuesday, floorboard extenders from harleygoodies on wednesday. Wife might blow up but looks like Longridesheild on friday. It's been a real good week!!!!!!!!!
