I have a 04'EG Police,currently using a 2 up detachable tour pak rack,and wish to change over to a bolt on set up for my king tour pak. I need some part numbers for 1) upper support tube
2) the 2 bolts that mount the rack behind the saddlebags,
(to the frame,i'm guessing)
3) license plate mount,that supports the upper tube

any help on finding these part numbers would be great,have the touring service manual & police supplement ,but wasn't smart enough to buy the parts manuals,LOL

The parts you want would have been on the FLHTPI when it left the HD factory since the chrome support bar, license plate mounting bracket, and bolts are standard equipment and are used to support the black mounting plate used to support the radio box. To convert the police set-up to your purposes, simply remove the bolts that attach the black radio box plate to the chrome support rack and discard the black plate.
Perhaps the dealer/private seller still has these parts if they were not included with your bike when you purchased it.
