Yup. Pulled the tags off my matresses and pillows, don't report my poker winnings to the IRS, dried up all the wetlands on my back 40, scubadive without a license and later I'm plann'n on runnin around the pool...... with scissors.

But seriously.. Just save the stock crap and put it back on once every two years to pass the friggn test if that's what it takes.
It's kinda like bringing your Mormon buddies urine to the pee test, It's a big hassle, but you pass every time!

Agree with what Clint said. I have a Calif. '09 and i replaced my head pipe. Keeping it in case they start smog checking the bikes here. There is no way a cat bike will pass the stringent emission test without the cat.
