Cat in all 2010 Touring Headpipes - All 50 States
#21
Many of you will remember way back in the 60's cars went through this. Then in the 70's light trucks had to face it. Now it's time for the bikes. Like the cars, Harley and other makers have been increasing the engine size to accomadate the decreases in performance brought on by the EPA mandates, (remember the 289 went to 302, the 283 to 307 and 318 to 340). I think this is the real reason for the limited Ultra with the 103. Probably next year, or 2012, the 103 will be the standard engine.

I seem to remember seeing the Governator jump over a semi truck on a Fatboy in Terminator 2. You'd think he of all people would understand.

Removing the cats will be tampering with federal emissions controls. I think that can get you in trouble on cars, if you get caught. Seems the same might apply to bikes. Could this mean that if you put on aftermarket pipes they will have to have the cat to be legal?

Roll on.......or Roll Over
But seriously.. Just save the stock crap and put it back on once every two years to pass the friggn test if that's what it takes.
It's kinda like bringing your Mormon buddies urine to the pee test, It's a big hassle, but you pass every time!
