So this is the first I've heard of this should I stop using my carbon Daytona half helmet??

 

I still use the original carbon fiber helmet with the dot sticker on the back even though it's been recalled years ago. Most comfortable helmet I own. It even cuts down on buffeting.
I think the company makes novelty polo type helmets.

 

Here is mine... Bell Custom 500 Carbon Fiber... 10 ounces lighter than standard Bell Custom 500... Very noticeable difference...
