are you looking for another 1/2 helmet, 3/4, or s FF?
Recomendations for any certain helmet are tough because they're all designed for different shaped heads. I have a Shoei head, my FF is an RF1000.

Arai, Shoei, Shark and Schuberth all make top quality helmets, among others. Head to the metric dealer with the biggest selection and try some stuff on. And not just for a minute or so... find one that feels comfortable right away, then look like a dork and leave it on for at least 10-15 minutes. Sometimes it takes a while for a hot spot to show up. No sense dropping a bunch of coin on a good helmet only to find out it drives you insane after 20 minutes.

I wanted a Scorpion Exo-100 because I love the retractable face shield that hides within the shell, it would be great for getting caught in the rain. I also love the fact that it has channels for headsets. BUT... tried them on locally and found it bends over the top of my ears, very annoying! Moral to the story, go to your local shops and try them on!

What I wear (if I wear):
HCI DOT Half Beanie (nice profile for a DOT approved helmet)
Shoei RJ Platinum-R (3/4, high quality, good fit)
Arai RX-7 (full face; best helmet I own)
