Default Dyno in Sturgis?

Been running fuel moto's canned map and have been happy with it but I've always wanted my bike dynoed. This year at Sturgis I'm thinking of using one of the many dyno tuners. Anyone have any recommendations or experiences they'd like to share?

i was at a rally here in eastern oklahoma last weekend the mid summer thunder rally, and there was a dynojet trailer in the vendors row. i asked the guy, if he'd be able to tune my streetglide with the pcv, which i already installed with a canned map from fuelmoto, he said, sure, we can do it, $750.00 my reply was, thanks man, see ya later. he wasn't very busy needless to say.

I think that IS something I would want to do in my own town or nearby, just in case I had trouble down the road.

I would highly recommend Speed Perfomance Parts. I talked with these folks in Ohio, they know there stuff. They are there in Sturgis, just not sure where they are setup. The run out of a Tractor Trailer. I heard from BadX last night (Mean City Cycles) and he had his new 103 tuned by them, and was very happy with the results.

If you use them, report back with your results. Another thing you might try is there High Flow Air Cleaner, I run one of those w/crank vents, with very good results. Much better then the HD Stage 1 filter, and a little cheaper then the HD Heavy Breather too.

Thanks for all the replies! I may give Speed Performance a try, but the Captain does have a good point. Problem is, there is nobody aruound my home town that has a dynojet.
750$, You've got to be kidding. I think last year most wanted around 300$

I'm sure there are good tuners that offer their services in Sturgis, but one thing you might think about is the elevation. Sturgis is a little over 3400 ft above sea level. If you live and ride around that elevation, then it should be no problem. If you're like me and live at basically sea level, there could be problems once you get home.

Higher elevation means less air and lower compression.
