Default Coast to coast trip huge success now tires

Hey all....started my journey on july 1st headed to New England. arrived 6 days later, no issues except horrible rain in SD. Even saw a bike wreck on the side of the road. Police already at scene....dont know the outcome. Hoped they were ok....

anyway....the Roadking ran like a champ...there and back...now i need tires....everyone says go Metzler, but does Metzler even make a tire for my RKC 09. 180/65B16?.......

Testimonal on the 09's touring bikes....My bike ran flawless...purred like akitten even on the days I rode her HARD.....never an issue....literly rode the tires right off her.....no oil burning, none leaking, TBW worked fine, everything....my 09 has 14K miles on it now....fantastic!.....

backed with that Corbin seat my back had no issues....my eyes got tired faster than my back...and i rode no less than 10 hours a day...except on the BAD weather days...

good for you. sounds like you had a great ride. i keep visene in my jacket pocket for just such occasions. a handful of coffee beans, and ya get wired up on the caffeine, without the need to pee in four miles too. and always i keep potassium tablets with me. for those dreaded polio hands that happen when you cramp up.

Man I'm jealous big time!!! I've got a short trip planned to Arkansas for the BBBBQ in September but I can't wait to go on a long one. Hopefully next year. Glad you made it alright, sounds like the bike did stellar which is way cool because I've got one just like it.
