Your only option is to go into the dealership and tea-bag every bike there, unless you don't have the ***** to do it.

Carfax follows cars in accidents, this bike was never in any kind of wreck, just plain falling apart..... with only 4,100 miles....

It don't take ***** to cause harm, damage and I sure do not have the time to go to jail, loose my job and have the ex-wife take my kid away from me....


The dealer is not the problem , it's Harley ... where in my threads does it state I have a problem with the dealer ?

The "*****" comment was in reference to tea-bagging reference. It's a joke dude, chill. Like anyone would actually expect you to tea-bag a friggin bike. Learn to take a joke and stop your crying. No wonder they kept your bike you friggin baby.

I thought in most states the Lemon Law does not pertain to bikes???
