Mothers back to black works well they will all fade in the sun unless you paint them or clear coat it

Try lightly spraying a sponge with WD-40, and then apply to the inner fairing. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I recently read an article about the wonders of WD-40, and came to find out that the primary active ingredient is fish oil. It's pretty amazing stuff. And reasonably priced too!

Vinylex has sunscreen in it it, and makes it nice and shiny too. It's made by Lexol, and Pep Boys carries it.

+ 1 on the WD 40. It's a cheap fix and I was pleasantly surprised. Eventually though I will have it painted black.

I use meguiars rubber and vinyl. Works great and smells good too! Next time you take your bike in, tell them not to wash it.

I've found once you use anything to restore it, it'll become a continual maintenace item. 303 worked the best for me - lasted a wash or two, but even that faded.
Only real permanent solution is paint!
