I guess the increase of the cost of the bike from 19,049 to 19,479 and the increase in the price of Security, ABS wasn't enough profit for them so they decided to kill the cruise. Bogus.
Well, it's no longer a true "touring bike" but more of a "bar hopper" anyway, so who needs Cruise?
STFU already...this your sixth post saying how 2010 roadglides are not as good as the 09...can't you just go for a ride on your fugly and enjoy your messed up 5th gear
im sorry but electra glides dont come with cruise standard either, yet nobody calls them bar hoppers. sure cruise used to be standard on a RG, but they have tooled it up on the street glide platform now so its an option. i will say it is worth whatever they want to charge for it though, cruise is the shizz

They should make the whole bike "ala cart" and start with bare bones and offer everything you need to order it as a full blown touring bike.
Back in the earlier days, Harley offered all of the models in the Basic model. You bought the FL and striped it. In 1971 the Big Twin expanded to offer the FX. It was just an FL with the XL front end. (I know that they added the Fiberglass Boat Tail at first.) The Dresser was made by the owner. The early FL had the saddlebags as an option. Even the Fairing was an option from the windshield.I wish they would offer the Fixed Fairing as the option (like the Liberator was offered). I usually customize my ride to suit me anyway. That way I and everyone that knows me can pick mine out of a crowd every time.
