I hope this post is OK but I had to tell everyone about this guy called Firecap! He's the dude that sells the Arc Audio stuff at a discount to our forum members. I got in on the package deal with the mini amp and 5 1/4 speakers. The were at my door in 3 days and all neatly packaged. Being mechanically inclined and somewhat electrically challenged, I called Wayne for some advice and help. He returned multiple calls promptly and was always fun to chat with and very helpful. Did I mention knew his $hit!

Well my 09 seems to have a very touchy h/k head unit and I was having trouble tuning it in. As I was talking on the phone with Firecap, he learned his in-laws were in a very serious car accident. I ended the call and wished them well. Even though he was busy with hospital visits and taking care of his father in law, (now staying at Wayne's home), Wayne took care of all my needs too! This dude is a class act and needless to say we made great strides in tuning in my amp with my funky H/K head unit.

Guys he is a pleasure to deal with, so be patient and remember they are taking care of both in laws as well as taking care of our forum members!

Hey again, upgraded to the 6.5s, man I don't know what I love more, the 6.5s or the fantastic customer service and support from Firecap (wayne). Can't thank him enough for all his help and patience. Guys ya can't do any better for sure!

I agree. Wayne is the poster child for what customer service is all about. Delight to talk to, never rude, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I love my ARC setup (did the speakers all the way around, and the amp under the fairing).

 

+1 Great guy talked to him for over 45 min I think and he never once rushed me off the phone went with the 6.5 speakers and gave me a tip on the back speakers.

+1!!!!! I bought his AMP and 6-1/2" early this year for my 04 EGC and they ROCK!!!! I had some problems while I was on vaca. and contacted him about it. Caught him while HE was on vaca. at same time. He bent over backwards to help me out and I will upgrade my added rear speakes with his speaker as well when I blow them up or get tired of having inferior speakers!!

 

Wish there were more guys out there like Cappy! Most of the vendors here on the HD FORUMS seem to be stand up guys. Anyhow if ya need some audio, give Firecap a call. He won't do ya wrong!
