What is old is new again.Yesterday when we were broke and made our own parts,we sprayed everyting black,could not afford chrome.The stlye has come back,black

I did the blacked out bike thing back in 2000, back then you didn't see them everywhere and it was kind of cool. Not so much today!

i for one, can't afford to change out chrome for black, or to follow current popular trends. i've added the amount of chrome on my black streetglide that i wanted, and i like it. trends come and they go, style and cool factor, are timeless. one more thing about a blacked out bike that i'm curious about, LEOHD, how in the world do you find your bike when it's dark outside? laffin, thinking about you having to carry a flashlight around so you can find your bike. i like the look though, was just teasing you leo. looks sharp.

Jim, thanks for the compliment, to find it in the dark I just leave the ignition, on accesories switch and the led's are easy to spot. what I'm wondering is how you can find a chrome street glide at a rally

but chrome is cool today? yea right you definetely see more blacked out baggers?? in the 70's when harleys didn't come all chromed out it was the cool thing, they just follow what I have always done.. maybe the k in flhtk will stand for knight
