Default DNA Mammoth Spokes

For anyone thinking about getting a set of Fat Daddy spokes etc., I'm here to tell you that DNA Mammoth Spokes are the shitz. I picked up a set of the on ebay for around $800 shipped plus another $80 for rotors. I did some homework here and figured what the hell. Compared to the Fat Daddy spokes, these were about 1/2 the price. Excellent quality wheel and a true bolt on. I snapped a quick pic and will be taking more but just a heads up for anyone looking for some big azz spokes. Fat Daddy uses 50 spokes, DNA uses 52 in their wheels and the new shoes are Pirelli Night Dragons. 18" all around.

Thanks Ken. Pics don't due them justice. Best part is they do not charge extra for a diamond cut wheel. Fat Daddy absolutely does. I'll be snapping some better pics.

Thanks... I've always liked them personally and the price was right.

Make sure you give us a riders report on those Night Dragons also. I'm curious how they perform.

Will do. After searching a good bit, they seemed to be about the only 18" tire with a good heavy load rating so pulled the trigger. The new Metzlers are delayed a bit and also have a decent rating. Time shall tell all.

They look GREAT! But my days of cleaning spoke wheels are behind me. I love the look, and I especially like them if they're holding the wide white walls. But just too much maintenance for me to keep them looking as sharp as you've got them looking. Congrats.

Thanks Sky... yes it is a love/hate relationship lol. Actually use a good cleaner and the brake dust rolls off and the rest isn't horrible. Did that when I actually had Fat Daddy 50's on my Road Glide and it was not bad. Almost changed pads this time but held off and will let the stockers were down and then replace with EBC's or Lyndall pads and all but eliminate the issues. The WW tires are sweet but I"m going to be blacking out the front end next and went back and forth and the blackwall won out for me this go round.
