Question Riding in the rain...

Got caught in a "cats & dogs" rain on Sat., here in sunny Fl.. Could not see 2 feet in frount of my bike. Slid my sungalsses to the end of my nose, hunkered down behind the wind screen and prayed I stayed on the road. I did obviosly, but it sucked! Is there eye ware that will not fog up (always a problem here in Fl) and provide better vision in the rain?

3/4 helment with a intergrated face sheild is the way to go i wear glasses so keepin them dry is a must and ive tryed everything from half helment with snap on face sheild (ok but lets to much rain in around the edges in heavy stuff0 full face (tends to fog) 3/4 just right lets in enough air so no fog and keeps the rain out.

Full face helmet for me when riding in the rain. Been caught with my 1/2 helmet in the rain and it was miserable. Full face, rain gear and water proof boots and you're good to go.

Yep. Half helmet through two days of rain Mckean and Elk county this weekend. Carried a clear helmet shield and snapped it on after ten minutes after drench was'nt letting up. I have a sixteen inch windshield on my RKC.
Rain came in between the snaps and the shield, and windshield added more water.
I realized my prescription, transition shades provided better vision then the shield. I have contacted clearview about a recurve.

half helmet or full face works the best and remember to keep the rev's on the motor down. i keep em at about 2200 rpm's to keep the rear wheel from breaking loose. just my .02 worth

It's not bad at all with the right gear. I've found myself hoping for rain on many rides this summer. The South Texas heat has been worse than normmal.
