I have 2009 Street Glide and I am looking at upgrading to the 103 or 110 kit. Can anyone who has done this or knows the pros 7 cons betwee the two give me some advice? My initial though would be 103 would be easier upgrade than 110 since i was thinking the 110 upgrade would require more machining on motor unless I am wrong?

Go with a 107 set up, same price as a 103. You wont have to bore out the case.
