If anyone is interested, I whipped up an excell .xls spreadsheet to document maintenance on my 09' Ultra. It's pretty basic and mirrors the service manual. I inserted a blank line (row/cell) to accommodate dates, mileage, part numbers,etc.
I used to scribble on paper, this looks slightly neater and can be printed out. Nothing like an official looking document when trying to prove you preformed proper maintenance.

What is with all of the "Buy Now" stuff? I tried to use the Free Download. It said Unknown File. I'm do not have Excel 2007.

If you are running an earlier version of Excel, you can download a "Compatibility Pack" from the Microsoft website that will allow you to open files made in newer versions.
