I'm looking at the same rims for my 09 RG. Thinking black rims and spokes with chrome nipples and hubs. Also looking at sticking with the 16" rear with a 200 tire and an 18" up front. That should mimimize the load rating loss for touring and make it easier to find replacement tires on road trips if necessary.

 

buddy has a ride wright 23" spoke. supposedly "sealed" as well. its been back to them twice because it leaks down...not saying this is typical but it happens.

He's setup with Ride Wright as a dealer already.
I'll get them at cost from him.
