Default rinehart pipes

Hi all, I just bought a 2004 road king custom, The guy I bought it from only had it 6months he did not know if the pipes are slip on or full exhaust anyone know how too tell?? they have the rinehart tips on them, also it is the carb model he wasnt sure if it was rejetted (guy didnt know much about the bike) I am going to pull carb and see what size are in there because I have a fairly bad hesition about 1/4 throttle then it will scream. what jets do you all think it should have?? also he said the guy he bought it from said it has cams but he didnt know what size or wich ones. no poping on decel makes me think he may have jetted but the hesition has to go! Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer.

TravisP

Edit: They are duel exhaust

If the exhaust pipes don't connect to each other, then they are "true dual" replacement exhaust.
If the two pipes connect on your right side, then they are stock with Rinehart slip-on mufflers.

Looks like V&H head pipes with Rinehart slip-ons to me.

I have the same setup except using Rinehart's Eaglebeaks.

Nice bike, man. Course, I'm prolly a tad bias

Wow love your front wheel. and the guy I got it from said the luxry blue was a rare color awsome bike

Is your bike carb or fuel injected? if carb do you mind if I ask what size jets you are running? do you have any hesition at takeoff? mine does at about 1/4 throttle then it will scream starts and idles good maybe lean? runs great in the top end I just think its not quite tuned in the bottom.
