If the water cooled touring motor is the V-rod engine, I may just break down to tears. certainly hope Harley's answer to water cooling isn't the v-rod engine in a touring bike.

You guy's are all wrong it's a rubber mounted glide.....hmmm! a 96b......hope I am way wrong

Don't think so. FL would indicate Touring platform, not VROD (VRSC) platform. We might both be wrong, but I think it's based on the already established Touring platform and drivetrain.

One of the service guys at the local HD dealers told me that the MOCO is setting everyone up...the FLXXX is just a joke. Guess we'll have wait and see.

It's listed with a 1688cc (96ci) motor, so it's not a revolution motor.

I don't know what the bike is, but a 1688cc engine isn't 96ci, it's 103ci.

FL"XXX" is more than likely an generalization for the entire touring line, not an individual model. Like: FL"HTC". FL"TRI", FL"HRI", etc.....

The FLHXX is a 1800cc TriGlide in SG custom atire... or this is what is being told...
