race turner/power commander/ or ??

I didn't think the XIED's were available for the FBW throttle on the 09 bikes. I was recommended a thundermax but on their site it states not available for FBW throttle. All I would like to do is open up the air cleaner and cool the engine some without breaking the bank. I'm happy so far with the stock pipes.

I rode my 09 a lot 2 up with only slip-ons. The bike WAS a complete dog. Slow, enemic, and hot as to compared to now. This is a perspective, a bud of mine insists that his bike is fine stock. I wouldn't go back now! I just did complete stage 1 from fuelmoto (I talked to Kieth and he was as helpful or more so then Jamie ) as I have dealt with them in the past and was happy then.
The difference is very noticable seat of the pants. When I twist the throttle it acts like a different bike now, it will accelerate aggressively above about 2800 RPM. Hell yesterday I got on it and had forgot it would actually move out of its own way, had to slide back into the drivers seat to make my next shift! The guy next to me on the VRod was not as aggressive... think he was a new(er) rider The Jackpots Fuelmoto sell are relatively quiet unless you get on them hard. Worked well 4July going through the trooper road blocks and I heard them with someone else riding my bike and thought they were too quiet till he got on it hard.

Not at all. You may be thinking about the gains you might expect from an HD Stage 1 upgrade (download, slip-ons, and AC). Check the Fuel Moto site for dyno info on their products. Just changing from stock to DT Jackpot mufflers raise HP +5.5 and TQ +7.5, and adding the AC and PCV to the Jackpots with suitable map will raise HP +12 over stock. On top of that the engine will run cooler with better throttle response.

I had the race tuner done at the HD. About 12 more HP to an 07 RKC with a Rhinehart set up. No complaints. I did not hear about Fuelmoto until I entered this site. But they others have remarked very positively about their work. Need a good dyno operator from I am told. It makes all the difference.

granted not much gain for the buck and the bike ran great with the fuel moto/power commander map but for me it was worth it to know my bike was running as well as it could.
not diggin on fuel moto, they were great to deal with and had the best price i could find for the pc just not sure that their custom maps are anything different than what u'd find on the pc site....who knows, maybe fuel moto supply's pc with the maps....
