I wonder if they are rental units?

 

Might be I checked the milage on a few, Some were just outta the box, others had a coupla grand.

 

One of our local dealers have been trying to unload a bunch of 08 Ultras for around the same price. Most of them are ex-rentals, but it's still a killer price. I ALMOST thought about trading. If they had similar deals on any 08 Road Glides I would've probably talked to them.

 

the economy sux, it's a buyers market about. at least 90% of the bikes on ebay wind up reserve not met..most sellers don't realize it ain't like it used to be. $4000 under msrp of a 09 can get you alot of mods

 

sounds like a good price at first, but when you stop to consider its basically a 2 year old bike at this point, yeah its a deal, but to be expected.

 

That is a good deal, NOT a great deal though!------ Still, I WISH that I had one of them.

 

When I was in Vegas a few weeks back they had 3-4 09' Ultra's (previous rentals) with 12 - 20 k on them for $14,995.

 

People are always ******* Police bikes for being ridden hard, and not well maintained, i can't even imagine how rental bikes are run. Well, i can, 'cause i've rented some, and wasn't exactly gentle on it!
