Get the part number and description of the seat you want from the Mustang site. Go to google and click the word shopping in the top. The put in the part number and description. It will fine the cheapest place on the web for you.
I do that while shopping for accessories all the time. Find something you like then use the shopping Google to find it cheaper.
You still have to be careful who you use but it will give you plenty of options and list feedback as well to help.

Checked Westend's website for the seat (Mustang 79100) and their price was $431 with a 3% coupon discount so $418 net. Jenni at Tri-County HD's price was $383 plus $10 shipping so $393 total.
List price for the 79100 is $479, less 20% is $383.
Bottom line: check prices at several recommended/reputable vendors.
EDIT: Many manufacturers restrict vendors from advertising (e.g. their websites) prices lower than what the manufacturer wants. But the vendors are usually free to sell the product for whatever price the vendor wants; they just can't advertise the price. So phone the vendor to see if there may be a better price than shown on the website.

M&M Cycles runs a 25% off Mustang seats a couple of times a year. Worth it if you can wait. And M&M is a top notch operation. Super people to deal with.
