Here is the latest guy's. I filed the dispute with Paypal and was giving this guy 24 hours to respond by ageeing to have the pipes picked up and exchanged for new ones. Instead he decided to raise the dispute to a claim and has apparently offered a full refund if I ship the pipes back to him at my expense. He then went on to Ebay and has filed an unpaid item claim. What a tool. I have all the evidence they would need to see that payment was sent. It was transfered directly out of my checking account. At this point a full refund sounds pretty good to me. Looks like I am in the market for new pipes. I definitely will not be purchasing from ACM nor will I be buying Hard Krome products seeing as they never stepped up and offered any type of resolution other then to go through the original seller even after I explained to them that we were having all kinds of problems. They could have easily rectified this situation with a replacement rear pipe. Simple fix. How do some of you like your V&H Big Shot Duals? They are at the top of my list right now.

I left my tranny bracket on when I installed my pipes. I figured it would just provide some extra support.

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having on the Pipes.

Mine have been and are still fine. As for mounting points that someone posted, the long pipes does have "3 mounting points." I have not had any problems with these pipes or the DG HK pipes that I still have on a V-Star either. I rode 7200 miles on my V-Star last year, and the pipes still look new.

I think that i would also have a long talk with Hard Krome too, and go from there.

Bountyhunter once posted that the trans bracket is eliminated leading me to believe that the front pipe is only bolted on at the exhaust port and under the bag rail. And as we all now know, there is no starter bracket for the rear pipe.
Mine has the bracket on the trans, I agree that it should have the 3 support points to it.

Well, if you read my post on page 3 regarding my Big Shot Dual's, you probably know that I love 'em.
V&H has been at it awhile, it's kind of a no-brainer if that's the look your going for...

I have checked the dynojet site for a map for these pipes and they have one but it says "advanced map". Does anyone know what that means? Is the map for the 25 degree injectors? Who is a reputable vendor that I should order from without fear of going through the same crap I am going through?

Eastern Performance or B&M Cycles, both great vendors
