I have an 09 ultra ,I went with the mounting brackets that extend aproximentaly 3 inches and are adjustable. I like them because they extend out beyond the lower fairing.they also work fine when you remove the lower fairing for warm summer riding.Like all things harley ,expensive but maybe worth it.

Partly depends on how tall you are, or more specifically, how long your legs are. I'm 6' tall with a 34" inseam. I'm using the short offset mounting brackets. You can run any pegs you want on the bracket.

I also got the 360s. You can adjust them anyway you want and the chrome on them looks really good.

FBI Jack knives. Very nice to use you can place your heel on them or lock in on the bottom of your foot. not to hard to install
