Hard to tell with the`white stuff, but it looks like a missed weld. Not a good thing. Hope you were wanting a new bike, cause I think you should have one coming from the factory. They should be thrilled that it did not fall apart completely.

I have no idea what the white stuff is....

I have to wait until Tuesday 7.7.2009 to go show the dealer.. YOU BET I AM GOING TO ASK FOR A NEW BIKE...

But will probly just have to give them the bike , wait 3 months for a new frame, then hope they put the bike together correct !!!

Man this is sooo wrong ... I have res. at Sturgis and a plan trip to FLA. this summer !!

huh yea the corrosion makes me think it may have never been welded, or it has been cracked for a while. either way id say a new frame coming your way. i wouldnt count on a new bike though since MOCO can do a frame swap pretty cheap under warranty. this is not like an insurance claim where there is a bent frame, in your case the ONLY thing needing replaced is a frame. hell they may even try and weld it up who knows.

Ditto. More detail in the photo please.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at in the original photos.
