Default Oil scavenger

A few more miles on my 09 Road King and I want to switch to Amsoil in the engine.Has anyone used the Scavenger system to get all the old oil out? They now have it compatible for the newer Twin cams.

Seem like overkill IMHO. For my first oil change, I just heated it up to temp then up on the lift with a custom shim on the rear lift board. This "tweaked" the bike into a slight downhill position and got most all of the oil out.

After that it's all Amsoil for me so I really don't care that much if a little of the good stuff remains after only 2 or 3K miles.

Tilting the bike shouldn't help all that much since the oil is in the engine part of the system (downstream from the drain), but someone here once mentioned a trick where running the engine (after the oil was drained) for about three seconds pumped another half quart from the engine to the sump to be drained. I have not tried that trick, but I am thinking about it when I switch to synthetic oil.

I am eager to see if people are using this also and if they think its worth it or like someone else said, is it overkill.
