I wax mine (Malibu Boat Wax)with an orbital buffer about twice a year...Dawn will make the bug **** fall off...

And yet another for Plexus, you can't go wrong with this stuff as it will not damage the plastic at all and besides if it's good enough for aircraft windshields it's good enough for my RK windshield but to each their own and use whatever suits you.

Well since I own a carwash/detailshop and work on other peoples bikes and my own all the time, the safest way we've found is hot, hot water and a microfiber. In the shade, get your microfiber wet, wringe it out and place it on the windshield while its still steaming hot for just a few seconds, flip, wipe then dry. Do not use any chemicals if you can resist it. Plexus and Novus are excellent spray on protectors.

peroxide is the **** I was a little sceptical when I first read this on the forum a wile back but it works awesome on paint chrome windshield what ever
