Sorry about the mishap, that is a bummer for sure. Glad injuries were minor and the old couple was ok too. Hope your bruises heal fast.

I bent the frame on my 06 Heritage Classic trying to take it off-road (unintentionally) in a curve. They didn't total it, just replaced the frame. Other than a few scratches, the only other thing damaged was the rear brake cylinder was torn off. Thank heavens for a muddy ditch! That is the day I learned the meaning of "Ride Your OWN Ride!"

I lived thru every bike crash I have ever had.(9 and counting over 40+ years)..so far...:>)

Been there, except that I was in rehab for over a year afterwards..... I guess any crash that ya can walk away from is a "good" one!--- If there is such a thing?? Hope ya get back in the wind very soon. ALL the best too ya! Sir

well well last bike incident i had my pants, seat, and cupholder all got ruined yet i didnt get a scratch. not sure who's luckier but glad you walked away.
