Heavy Breather Backplate Came Off Beware
I took the filter off of the Heavy Breather intake tube to clean it and recharge it about a month ago. A few days later the chrome backplate slowly came off the filter. The double sided tape that holds the chrome plate to the filter over the clamp lost its stickyness. I had to use adhesive remover to get the old tape off, PITA. Then used the 3/4" red 3M adhesive tape to stick it back on. So it cost me another $13 to fix the $300 filter.
