WO 518 on 08 RKC
Just installed a set of 518's on my RKC and I'm in love all over again. Install was pretty straight forward. I added 10" to the wires and TBW is plenty long, I cut out the green plug to gain a bit more room in the bars, taped the wire bundles then slid over a nylon expandable sleeve for a bit more protection and it made pulling the wires as easy as could be.
I installed new cables and went 2 over on the brake with 90 banjo at the master and stock length on the clutch cable. To install the clutch cable all I removed was the heat shields and used a long ball allen to remove the trans cover...very easy. Pulling the exhaust like the manual states would be a waste of time.

I'm kind of in the same situation a BIGBIRD. I'm buying a new 2013 Road King and need to get the handlebars back towards me a couple of inches. The Harley dealer says that I have to extend everything and the cost through them is prohibitive. So my question to any one that has replaced the bars on a new Road King, what bars can I use to accomplish getting them back and still use all the stock cables, etc.? I do have a call in to Wild 1 to see what they say.

Did you have to extend your wires and cables? I have the same bike, btw they look great on your bike. Trying to decide on the 575 or 578.
